STORY

Angela Jefferson is a native of Richmond, Va. She holds a B.A. in English Education from Virginia Union University and over 50 years of experience in caring and sharing. Like many, she maneuvers through demanding roles collecting up feelings and dropping them in books. In her own fashion she distributes what has been gathered through written and verbal Hand-Me-Downs.

She has tried to be a shawl for the small and a shoulder for those older, and the designated holder for true keepsakes and family snapshots. Although bitter honey expresses her lows, the gambit of much is released when she brings up a little to talk about a lot. The desire to connect, comfort and communicate is evident throughout her published books of poetry.
